How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed when you order it, then delivered in 5–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Can I return it?
Yes — send back anything unused within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your orders, or email hello@hoodique.com.
How does it fit?
Where a garment has a size guide, it sits beside the sizes on its page, with the measurements in inches and centimetres.
Where is my order?
Your shipping email has a tracking link, or use Track an order with your order number and email.
Can I change my order?
Email us as soon as you can; once it is printed it can no longer change.
How do I get my sticker file?
It is in your account's Downloads as soon as you pay.
